From it’s inception, Pretium has firmly believed in practising a partnership approach with recruitment suppliers. We believe that we should not create barriers between suppliers and clients, but to foster existing relationships to optimise the potential from every supplier, ensuring the best possible service delivery to our clients. We are here to complement. Not compete.
We are one of the very few truly neutral MSP organisations in the UK today. We do not supply any recruitment services. We do not pay roll any candidates. We leave that to our network of our expert recruitment agencies, and provide them with the full support in all aspects in the engagement of temporary workers and clients.
Testament to our approach, when we launched in 2017, we worked with only 3 recruitment agencies. Today, we now partner with over 400 across the UK, ranging from Plc organisations through the SME space as well as smaller, specialist local providers.
Our supply partners are the best at what they do, and we are proud to work with every single one of them.
